While we do our best to ensure that you have an amazing experience with Luxoire, we understand sometimes things don't quite work out. We are 100% committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your order. Please note that items on SALE/DISCOUNT are NOT eligible for refund or return. Also, you are eligible for a refund or can return ONLY within 15 days after order delivery date.
When it comes to refunds, you have two options:
Cash Refund
We offer 100% cash refunds for item(s) in your order excluding items on Sale/Promotion and under wears. Your refund will be processed to whatever payment method you used when placing your order.
Store Credit
We offer store credit equivalent to any and all item(s) in your order.
Buyer’s Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to read and understand all product descriptions, specifications, and details before completing a purchase. Each product listing on Luxoire clearly outlines key information including but not limited to: wig type, cap construction, fiber type, weight, and wear method.
By completing a purchase on luxoire.com, you confirm that you have read and understood the product description. Luxoire will not be held responsible for dissatisfaction arising from product features that are clearly described in the listing, including but not limited to: weight, cap type (e.g. net/cap base), wig style, fiber scent, or colour variations due to screen display differences.

Return Shipping
Please note that you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the item you are returning is damaged.
Exchange
Please note that items to be exchanged must be damaged and should arrive our warehouse before an exchange is made.
